Session Description
The transition toward a skills-based organization is not a novel concept, yet it remains a top priority for executives, with 89% of them citing intentions to shift in this direction (Deloitte 2022). Despite this, the landscape is still in its infancy; we have fragmented use cases, lack of universal taxonomy and inconsistent ways to navigate what comes next. Due to this context, we’ve been on a journey for a number of years that continues to feel unclear. In this session we’ll share our integrated skills framework and how we help other organizations define theirs. We’ll work through interactive exercises that help you evaluate your own organization’s progress toward becoming a skills-based organization and identify what needs to be true to move to the next phase of advancement.
