Workshop: Creating a Culture of Continuous Learning While Integrating Unique Industry Standards

In this workshop, attendees will learn how to integrate their own unique industry standards into an efficacious training program informed by learning theory and methodologies for teaching adult learners. Case studies will be discussed to demonstrate how BlueSprig’s learning and performance development department designed, implemented and evaluated its internal training programs. Attendees will see an example of the design of BlueSprig’s internship program from inception to implementation and maintenance, along with the key performance indicators for the program. Through the case study attendees will see how the program targeted to upskill frontline technicians has gone on to create a continuous learning culture for BlueSprig Pediatrics.
