The use of technology like AI and ChatGPT and digital platforms is becoming increasingly more prevalent in the workplace, and specifically in the L&D world. This session will explore how we are using this to our advantage at Grange Insurance to develop and curate content, utilizing AI coaches to improve communication/presentation skills, improving and scaling coaching with our digital platform, and bringing more innovation to our programs and design with the use of these technologies. This will be an engaging conversation around the success and impacts, along with lessons learned along the way.
