Dr. Yetta Toliver is an experienced leader with a rich management background across several disciplines, including customer operations, business transformation, Lean Six Sigma, sales enablement and contract compliance. As the global head of diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB) at Xerox, she leads the DIB strategy and roadmap to inspire culture change and ensure the company’s workforce mirrors the markets it serves. In 2022, she was recognized as one of Mogul’s Top 100 DEI Leaders and in 2023 named one of the Top 15 Influential Women in Diversity by Diversity Global, DEI Executive of the Year by HRO Today and Ally Changemaker Finalist by Out & Equal.
