Trena is Coursera’s vice president of people development and chief learning officer. As CLO she is leading the learning experience for Courserians as well as informing product strategy to create a sustainable impact on Coursera learners and customers. She comes to Coursera from IBM, where she most recently served as the global leader of digital learning strategy and solutions. In this role Trena was responsible for the digital learning experience, tools, credentials and content for IBM’s 300,000 employees. She also led IBM programs in leadership development, analytics, sales enablement and continuous learning. Prior to IBM Trena was an executive consultant for PwC, where she advised over 25Fortune 500.
