Theresa currently leads the newly established Integrated Learning Experiences Team to build workforce capability by creating continuous learning and development experiences that inspire and fuel growth by fusing the art and science of learning and development to drive speed and value.  Prior to this role, Theresa was the Global Head of Learning and Development for Merck’s Manufacturing Division which included over 55 sites and 21,000 employees worldwide.  Theresa also held various strategic and client-facing leadership roles in the US Market and then Global Commercial Learning & Development to develop commercial capabilities across all roles in marketing, market access, account management, business development, and sales.  Theresa has led several cross-enterprise learning teams to support transformational initiatives including:  End to End, Merck Culture post-merger, Business Development, and Customer Centricity.  

Prior to Merck, Theresa worked as a learning leader for Nutri/System corporate and franchise businesses and at NovaCare Rehabilitation Services.   Outside of Merck, Theresa supports non-profit organizations in their strategic planning and leadership development and has co-owned a small business with her husband, JJ.  She has a son.

Theresa received her BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University and her MA in Training, Communication, and Organization Development from the University of Maryland.
