Tammy Thieman

Tammy Thieman is the global director of Amazon Career Choice. During her six-year tenure at Amazon, Tammy has focused on upskilling initiatives including launching Amazon’s first Department of Labor registered apprenticeship program, which builds technical skills for Amazon Web Services, and initiatives to support veteran hiring in tech. She currently leads Career Choice, which is Amazon’s largest upskilling program live in 14 countries.
