Shannon Bellafiore, M.Ed., is global head of customer engagement for education services within customer services at Siemens Healthineers. She has over 20 years of experience as an accomplished education and workforce professional with a proven track record of delivering innovative education strategies, solutions and platforms to improve individual, organizational and business performance. Over the past 15 years at Siemens Healthineers, Shannon has led marketing and communications, innovations and content development teams, and was the product manager developing innovative solutions, instructional design strategies, commercial strategies and programs. She is also co-inventor of a learning management system filed by Siemens Healthineers.
Shannon holds degrees in communications, education and marketing. She and her team have secured a number of Learning Elite awards, and Shannon was also a volunteer judge.
