Satu Salminen

Satu Salminen serves as Vice President, Leadership Development for ZoomInfo

Satu Salminen is vice president, leadership development at ZoomInfo. She leads all leadership development programs and initiatives globally for ZoomInfo, a go-to-market platform that helps businesses find, acquire and grow customers.

Satu has over 20 years of experience in learning and development, focusing on leadership development. Before joining ZoomInfo, she led the L&D functions for GitLab, PureStorage and Polycom, and manager development for Meta/Facebook. Earlier in her career, she was in various L&D roles at Nokia and Kone. While all these companies have varied in size (from 1,800 to 80,000 employees), the common denominator is that they have been global and in the tech industry.

Satu graduated from the Aalto University in 2003 with a master’s in economics in organizations and management. She has lived and worked in Finland, Germany and the U.S. (in New York City, San Francisco Bay area and currently in San Diego). She has traveled to 52 countries and counting.
