Sana Lall-Trail is a behavioral science writer and researcher at Torch. She holds an M.A. degree in Industrial-Organizational psychology from Hofstra University and has an applied research background in coaching and learning tech. Sana also has five-plus years of mixed method academic research experience in examining different facets of workplace behavior. She is passionate about leadership development and learning initiatives becoming tools to create a more equitable and supportive workplace.
