Rachael Bourque is a lifelong learning solutions leader with Kaplan, one of the world’s largest education and learning companies. With over 20 years’ experience partnering with some of the world’s largest and most respected companies, Rachael currently leads the corporate learning solutions team, whose mission it is to help organizations build a workforce that is more competitive, engaged and prepared for the future of work.
Most recently, Rachael was responsible for spearheading the relationship and strategy behind Kaplan’s partnership with Amazon, supporting associates with advising, coaching and career services as part of the Amazon Career Choice education benefit program. She is a frequent presenter and thought leader on topics related to employee development, educational benefits, learning and talent strategies, and more, through organizations such as Chief Learning Officer magazine, Brandon Hall, Training Industry, Inc., Upskill America, McLean & Company, Working Nation and others.
