Nkiruka Ogbuchiekwe (pronounced In- key-roo-kah Oh-boo-chee-ek-way) is the Senior Director of Strategy and Programs for Moderna University. In this role, Nkiruka manages Moderna’s learning and development portfolio, working with internal and external partners, experimenting with new learning technologies, shaping curriculum, and designing and delivering programs and learning and leadership development solutions.
Prior to Moderna, Nkiruka was a Human Capital Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting where she focused on preparing leaders for the future of work and enabling organizations to solve some of their toughest workforce development challenges. She partnered with private and public sector organizations to develop and deliver talent solutions, organizational strategies, and people development programs.
Nkiruka is currently completing doctoral research at George Washington University in the Human and Organizational Learning program where she examines various phenomena at the intersection of adult learning, leadership, and organizational change. She also has a master’s degree in Learning Design and Technology from George Mason University and completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University.
