Monique Bradshaw serves as Director, Leadership Solutions for ADP.

Monique Bradshaw is a Director of Leadership Development under the Global Inclusion, Talent & Community team at ADP. During her 4 years in this role, Monique helped to design and implement Global Leadership Development programs, Diversity & Inclusion programs, and programming in the Career Growth and Development space. 

Monique is most proud of her efforts from pilot to global rollout of the Advancing Women in Leadership program and the Global Unconscious Bias training. The AWL program is now in its second year with 3 cohorts completed, 1 in progress, and a waitlist long enough for many more cohorts in the future. The Unconscious Bias program was delivered to more than 2K leaders with 19 facilitators in 8 different languages. This awareness program is the foundation for the next phase of DEIB programming at ADP. 

Monique began her Learning and Development career in 1998, starting as a software trainer for Starwood Hotels and Resorts. In this role, she traveled the world for 6 years, gaining exposure to many people and cultures. She then moved into a leadership role, overseeing 40+ trainers for software implementation at 500 hotels worldwide. Once the implementation was successfully completed, Monique acquired a new role in overseeing the development of eLearning and technical documentation, which was a key success factor in lowering customer service calls. Next, she was promoted into a central role as designer and program manager for the Luxury Collection rebranding in 25 countries and in 5 languages. Finally, in her role prior to joining ADP, Monique led the Learning and Development function for American Express Meetings & Events, where she supported legal and compliance learning for the growth into high risk locations. 

Monique’s experience has helped her to have a compassionate global perspective, to be present, and to appreciate the uniqueness of her audiences.  Her greatest strength is in making large complex tasks easily understandable and achievable.

Ashley St. John

Chief Content Officer, Editor in Chief, BetterWork Media Group

Ashley St. John is the chief content officer and editor-in-chief for BetterWork Media Group. She oversees the online content production of Chief Learning Officer and Talent Management. 

St. John has almost 15 years of experience developing, writing and editing print and digital magazine content. Before joining BMG, she held various editorial roles with several Chicago-based associations. Most recently, she served as content and publications manager for Association Forum, Chicago’s “association for associations,” where she managed all print and digital communications and the production of FORUM magazine. Before that, she was marketing and communications manager for the American Association of Law Libraries and associate editor and communications manager for the National Roofing Contractors Association. 

St. John graduated from the University of Iowa in 2005 with a bachelor of fine arts in journalism and mass communications.

Elliott Masie is a provocative, engaging, and entertaining researcher, educator, analyst, and speaker - focused on the changing world of the workplace, learning, and technology.
