Mignon Early is the diversity, equity and inclusion vice president at Fresenius Medical Care. She has more than 25 years of experience in the nephrology industry. She has held numerous leadership roles, including regional vice president, group vice president, general manager and vice president of clinical quality. Mignon has served as a mentor and leader to others, providing coaching and guidance to help each become the best they can be while pursuing their goals. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Drexel University and has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years.
