She is a trusted learning advisor, developing learning strategies for both customers and employees. Melissa brings over two decades of experience across learning and organizational development, leading these functions at Adobe, Twitter, WeWork and now Udemy. She was one of the first coaches to be certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Melissa is an enthusiastic contributor to the body of work exploring organizational culture and learning. She speaks and writes broadly including for the Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes and Fortune. Melissa graduated from the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School with an MS in organizational development and is the author of “ReCulturing: Design Your Company Culture to Connect with Strategy and Purpose for Lasting Success.”
