Erin Mara recently joined BAYADA Home Health Care as chief learning officer. Prior to BAYADA, Erin spent four and half years as the vice president of talent management at BJ’s Wholesale Club, where she led learning, talent and organizational development. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, Erin led a mobile-first learning strategy which embedded learning into the flow of work for all club and DC team members. Before joining BJ’s Wholesale Club, Erin spent 19 years at Staples in a variety of roles focused on service improvement and talent development initiatives. That experience led her to become the head of learning and development, where she leveraged her customer-facing knowledge to embed a culture of learning into the business. Erin is a recognized innovator and thought leader known for her ability to build strong relationships across departments to build and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.
