As senior director, COE of learning design at ADP—Chief Learning Officer’s 2022 Learning Elite Organization of the Year—Carol Munir leverages her talent development and learning design expertise leading her awarding-winning team in the strategic design and deployment of innovative, global learning solutions. In her prior role as senior director of leadership development and talent operations, she played a key role in launching a strength-based leadership culture at ADP and expanding the leadership development portfolio focused on accelerating team engagement and leader effectiveness. Prior to ADP, Carol was the senior manager of U.S. training at QuintilesIMS and manager of global learning and development at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Carol has spoken at several industry conferences, published several articles and is TMBC-certified as a Strengths Coach.
