Bjorn Billhardt is the CEO of Abilitie and co-author of “The 12-Week MBA.” Abilitie’s immersive leadership programs have educated over 100,000 learners across more than 50 countries, including executives and rising leaders at 50+ Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, GE, Marriott, McKinsey, Pfizer and Southwest. Prior to founding Abilitie in 2015, he was the CEO of Enspire, a custom e-learning development company he co-founded in 2001. Earlier in his career, Bjorn worked as a consultant and corporate trainer for a Dutch software company and McKinsey & Co. Bjorn holds a BA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
