Amanda Fullbright is the vice president of learning and performance development for Blue Sprig Pediatrics, where the department has earned international accreditation from the Accrediting Alliance for Training and Development (AATD) under her leadership. Amanda earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Texas. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), and a Performance Thinking® Practitioner. Amanda’s areas of specialty are staff training, adult learning, performance improvement and autism intervention. She is passionate about empowering learners and creating an innovative learning culture informed by research.
