Alwyn Klein is an award-winning learning and performance professional. In 2014 he won the Chief Learning and Development Officer of the Year award in South Africa from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria) and Knowledge Resources. He is the senior director of strategic enablement and knowledge management at ADP and is responsible globally for learning support, technology, analytics and PMO as well as enterprise knowledge management. With an M.A. in psychology, he is also a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®) with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and Certified Talent Developing Reporting Principles (TDRp) Consultant with the Center for Talent Reporting.
Alwyn actively volunteers in learning and performance, including as a Chief Learning Officer magazine Learning Elite judge since 2018 and Awards of Excellence committee, and CPT submission reviewer (since2014) for ISPI.
