As vice president of global clients at Ariel Group, Adam Pingel collaborates with clients to craft high-impact learning experiences that drive business results, elevate culture and help leaders find their authentic voice. Before joining Ariel, Adam was with FranklinCovey as a global enterprise client partner and with Bahrcode, FranklinCovey’s partner in its business execution practice, as its gamification director, lead facilitator and UX designer.
Adam’s career traces back to his roots in theater, where he garnered recognition as an award-winning director at Forsyth Central High School. In this role, he not only taught theater but also imparted skills in scenic design, improvisation and public speaking. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for his ability to help leaders find their authentic voice.
Adam’s educational background is equally diverse, holding a degree in theater and speech education, complemented by a minor in English education. He has also displayed his talents on the stage, leaving a mark through memorable roles like Macbeth and Hamlet, among others.
