Samantha Zarrini is a senior product manager for personalization as a service across learning. In this role, she is responsible for the vision and strategy for personalizing learning across GE’s premier social learning platform BrilliantYOU™ . She is also focused on understanding the desire for learning recommendations, the models for suggesting, and the integration of the engine’s algorithms across different HR applications in the greater ecosystem. Zarrini is based Norwalk, Connecticut, and travels to GE’s Leadership Learning Campus, Crotonville, on a biweekly basis to conduct research studies and observe learners on the campus. Zarrini joined GE in 2012 working on the corporate compliance team. She is a current student of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and pursuing a master’s in information, design and strategy. She is also a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., with a bachelor’s in law and society. Zarrini is fluent in Spanish and Arabic and is an active GE Volunteer.
